Shipping costs
Delivery charges are calculated based on weight, dimension and delivery address.  

Estimated shipping times
Our products are shipped via Canada Post within 2-3 business days of receiving the order. 

Normal delivery times to North America: 3-7 business days

We do our best to ship your products within these timeframes, but we can’t make any guarantees. 

Returning an order

No return or exchange allowed. 

 

Order mistakes and omissions
If you notice a mistake or something missing from your order when you receive it, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know. No one’s perfect, and if the mistake happened on our end, we’ll make sure you receive your missing product as soon as possible.
